Book direct on our site. Listing platforms fold an extra service fee into a higher nightly rate — book with us and you skip it. Every listing runs RatePulse, a live tool that shows our direct price next to the platforms’ for your exact dates, right on the booking panel. The comparison updates in real time, so you don’t have to take our word for it.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure checkout, plus Klarna if you’d like to pay over time.

Before check-in you’ll choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. If you choose the deposit, it’s released within a maximum of 5 days after checkout, once our team has confirmed no damage.

The booking guest must be at least 21 years old.

We try to be flexible. If we can rebook your dates, we’ll issue a full refund. You can also move your stay to new dates (a rate difference may apply) or take a full credit toward a future stay.

Check-in is 4:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM, enforced so our team can prepare the home for the next guests unless you’ve arranged late check-out.

Both early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, subject to the cleaning schedule. We’ll message you about the option ahead of your stay — and you’re always welcome to ask us directly. (Our largest homes sometimes can’t accommodate early check-in due to the time a full turnover takes.)

At most beach-area homes, yes — beach towels and a wagon or cart, with chairs at many. Check your listing for its lineup. Homes in the city of Jacksonville don’t include beach gear.

Yes — most of our homes include free parking. Space varies by property, so check your listing for the specifics on your home.

Smoking is not permitted indoors at any of our homes. A cleaning fee applies for violations.

None are fully ADA accessible, but several are single-level, ground-floor units with no stairs. Contact us before booking and we’ll find the best fit.

At many homes, yes — 37 of our properties are pet-friendly. Pet-friendly homes have a $30/night fee, capped at $250 per stay. Service animals are exempt. See pet-friendly homes →

Yes, seasonally. April 1–Sept 30: dogs before 9 AM and after 5 PM. Oct 1–March 31: all hours. Our pet guide covers leash rules, dog-friendly restaurants, and the nearest emergency vet.
