Privacy Policy

March 11, 2025 by admin

Effective date: July 23, 2026

Nomad Hospitality (“we,” “us”) operates nomadhospitality.co and stay.nomadhospitality.co (together, the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

You provide it: name, email address, and (optionally) phone number when you create an account, book a stay, submit a form (contact, guidebook, owner inquiry), or email us. Booking details — property, dates, party size, payment status — are created when you book. Payments are processed by our booking engine’s payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers.

Collected automatically: pages you visit on the Site, searches and dates you enter, homes you save to favorites, and general device/browser information — via cookies and similar technologies from our analytics and marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). If you create an account or submit a form, this browsing activity may be associated with your contact record.

How we use it

– To operate your stay: reservations, check-in details, guest communication – To operate your account: saved favorites, your stay history, sign-in – To send service emails (account passwords, booking confirmations) – To send occasional marketing emails — for example, when a home you saved is filling up. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe, honored immediately and permanently. – To understand how the Site is used and improve it – To respond to owner/management inquiries you submit

We do not sell your personal information.
