Welcome to 15 South – Unit B, a two-bedroom Jacksonville Beach townhouse that sleeps 4 — just a 5-minute walk to the ocean and a short stroll to some of the best food on the First Coast. Whether you’re planning a family beach week or a trip with another couple, this place fits the bill without the resort price tag.

The layout is clean and practical for families. The main floor holds the full kitchen, dining area, and living room. Upstairs you’ll find both bedrooms — each with a queen memory foam mattress, luxury cotton linens, and a sound machine — plus the shared full bathroom and a washer/dryer for longer stays. A pack-and-play is available for families with infants. Note that all bedrooms and the bathroom require climbing stairs, so this property is not ideal for guests with mobility limitations.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking real meals: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig with k-cups, Nutri-bullet blender, olive oil, salt, pepper, and dish supplies. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime — good for rainy afternoons or late nights after a long beach day. A sliding glass door opens to a private paver patio with privacy fencing, a quiet spot for evening drinks or a grilled dinner. Note: an outdoor dining table and chairs were a planned addition — confirm availability before arrival.

Free street parking is right out front, so no fees or garages to navigate. Keyless entry through the guest portal means no key pickup — just arrive and get settled. The property is pet friendly, so the whole family comes along.

Eleven South is a 5-minute walk for wood-fired fish and a relaxed neighborhood dinner. Whole Foods is a 6-minute walk for stocking up on groceries for the week. TacoLu is a 4-minute drive for fish tacos and a solid tequila list — a good first-night move. O-Ku Sushi’s rooftop is a 3-minute drive for a special night out by the pier. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is a 3-minute drive for a summer morning walk, fishing, or just watching the surf. Mayo Clinic is an 8-minute drive, and TPC Sawgrass — home of THE PLAYERS Championship — is 13 minutes away.

Keyless check-in is fully self-guided. WiFi, beach towels, laundry detergent, full bathroom supplies, and a stocked kitchen come standard. Summer at Jacksonville Beach moves fast — the pier fills up and the restaurants get busy, so locking in your dates early is the move.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
