Welcome to 15 South – Unit C, a 2-bedroom Jacksonville Beach apartment that sleeps 4 — just a 5-minute walk to the ocean. Whether you’re planning a family beach trip or a long weekend getaway, this two-story unit gives you the space, kitchen, and outdoor area to settle in and stay comfortable.

The main living level has an open kitchen, dining room, and living room — all connected for easy family time. The kitchen is fully stocked: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig with k-cups, and basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil. The dining table seats 4 indoors. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. A sliding glass door leads to a private paver patio enclosed by custom privacy fencing — a solid spot for a grilled dinner while the kids run around out back.

Upstairs are both bedrooms, the full bathroom, and the washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress with luxury linens. One bedroom has its own TV. A pack-and-play is available on site for families with infants. Note that all sleeping and bathroom facilities require climbing stairs — not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

For longer stays, the full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer mean you can cook most meals and do laundry without leaving the property. The private backyard patio is perfect for summer evenings — fire up a portable grill or just relax after a day at the beach. The unit is also pet friendly, so the whole family can come along.

You are already in Jacksonville Beach. The ocean is a 5-minute walk from your front door. Eleven South, a locally loved mesquite grill right on 11th Avenue, is a 5-minute walk for a sit-down seafood dinner. O-Ku Sushi, known for its rooftop views near the pier, is 3 minutes by drive. TacoLu — famous for fish tacos and tequila — is 4 minutes by drive. Whole Foods is a 6-minute walk for groceries and meal prep supplies. Mayo Clinic is 8 minutes by drive. TPC Sawgrass is 13 minutes by drive for golfers catching THE PLAYERS area events.

Check-in is keyless — no key exchange, no front desk. You access everything through the guest portal before you arrive. High-speed WiFi, beach towels, full bathroom supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper), and laundry detergent are all included. Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the property.

One thing to be aware of: this unit is currently listed for sale by the owner. In the unlikely event a sale affects your stay, Nomad Hospitality will communicate any changes to you as quickly as possible and handle the situation with care.
