Welcome to Exhale on 11th — a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath Jacksonville Beach house that sleeps 7, one block from the sand. Walk out the front door and you’re already there. No driving, no parking hunt, no hauling gear across town.

The layout works well for families and groups. All four bedrooms and both full bathrooms are on the second floor, keeping the sleeping areas private and together. The main living areas — living room, kitchen, and a half bath — are on the ground floor, giving everyone room to spread out. Sleeping arrangements include a mix of beds for up to 7 guests. The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking: full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and pantry basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil. A Keurig with K-cups is ready each morning.

The washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter for a longer stay and skip the laundromat. Beach towels, bath towels, and cotton bed linens are all provided. Free parking on the premises fits 2–3 cars — the garage is not accessible to guests, but street parking is also available right outside.

Step outside and Eleven South is a 7-minute walk — great for a mesquite-grilled dinner on a warm summer evening. TacoLu and the Jacksonville Beach Pier are each about a 3-minute drive for fish tacos and pier views. Whole Foods is 10 minutes on foot for stocking up on groceries for the week.

Self check-in is fully keyless through the guest portal. High-speed WiFi is included. The property is pet-friendly — a $30/pet/night fee applies, so just send a message before arrival to get it sorted. This is a quiet residential street, so late-night noise is a no-go — a good fit for families who want a calm base, not a party house.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
