Welcome to Fourteen Twenty: The Quiet 3rd — a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Jacksonville Beach apartment that sleeps 8 comfortably, just 3 blocks from the sand. For families or groups who want beach access without beach prices, this is it.

The layout is straightforward and practical. The main bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is an open-floor layout (barn doors were removed — no door on this room). The third bedroom has a queen bed. A Murphy bed with a memory foam mattress sleeps a 4th guest — guests must bring their own bedding for the Murphy bed. Two full bathrooms mean no morning bottlenecks when the whole group is getting ready for the beach.

The full kitchen is stocked with everything your group needs to cook most meals in — including a Keurig, coffee pods, a Nutri-Bullet blender, olive oil, salt, pepper, and dish soap. No hunting down coffee before the kids wake up. The outdoor grill in the shared backyard is great for a cookout after a day in the sun. Note: the washer and dryer are located just outside the unit door, in the shared hallway — convenient for rinsing and washing sandy beach clothes without dragging them through the apartment.

Three blocks puts you at the sand in under 10 minutes on foot. Salt Life Food Shack and Mellow Mushroom (4.5 stars, craft beer and pizza) are both a 5-minute walk for dinner when nobody wants to cook. Refinery Jax Beach, an oceanview fine dining spot, is an 8-minute walk for a special night out. The Jacksonville Beach Pier — great for fishing and sunset views — is a 2-minute drive.

Parking is free and available on-site. Self check-in via keyless entry. The property is on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs, and fronts the main road — good to know for light sleepers. Beach towels, sound machines, high-speed WiFi, and laundry detergent are all included. Summer is a great time to catch evening concerts at Seawalk Pavilion, just a short drive down the coast.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.

Pets are welcome, but NO PETS ON FURNITURE or there will be an additional $150 charge if there is evidence of hair on couch cushions or bedding where it was obvious a pet was laying.
