Welcome to Lucky 13th – Unit C — a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath Jacksonville Beach home that puts your family steps from the sand.

The unit spans two floors with a private ground-floor entrance — look for the letter “C” next to the door. It is 1 of 4 units in the building. Both bedrooms have queen beds and are located upstairs. A half bath is on the main floor for convenience, and the full bathroom is upstairs near the bedrooms — no fighting over one shared space during morning routines.

The kitchen is fully stocked for families who want to cook most meals — fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, Keurig with k-cups, and pantry basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil. The washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and stay longer without running out of clean clothes or towels. Beach towels are provided so you do not need to bring your own.

The unit includes a Nutri-bullet blender for morning smoothies, a sound machine in each bedroom, and keyless entry so there is no key to lose at the beach. High-speed Xfinity WiFi covers the full unit — strong enough for streaming or working remotely.

Step outside and you are already at the beach. The ocean is less than a block away on foot. Salt Life Food Shack — known for its seafood tacos and laid-back surf vibe — is a 5-minute walk. Mellow Mushroom for pizza and craft beer is also 5 minutes on foot. Prefer something lighter? Angie’s Subs, famous for their Peruvian subs and legendary sweet tea, is a 3-minute drive. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is a 12-minute walk down the shore — great for a morning stroll or watching surfers.

Free parking is on the premises. Beaches Town Center with shops and restaurants is a 4-minute drive. Mayo Clinic is 10 minutes by car.

A heads-up for families: North Jacksonville Beach is a lively neighborhood year-round. Beach cruisers, surfers, runners, and evening foot traffic are part of the vibe. If light sleepers are in your group, the in-unit sound machines help. The hosts live nearby and are reachable if anything comes up — expect a quick response.

Self check-in via keyless entry. Bathroom essentials, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies are stocked at arrival. Summer weekends fill up fast — this block books early once beach season kicks in.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
