Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with a queen bed, giving families a natural separation between sleeping and living spaces. The shared full bath is on the upper level, and a half bath sits on the main floor so no one is waiting in line before breakfast. The open living and kitchen area gives the whole group room to spread out.

The full kitchen is stocked for families cooking in — pots, pans, dishes, a Keurig with K-cups, a Nutri-bullet blender, olive oil, and pantry staples are all included. No need to pack condiments. An outdoor sitting area with a grill is right outside, perfect for a low-key dinner after a beach day. The in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack light and stay longer without running out of clean clothes — a real advantage for stays of five nights or more.

You are half a block from the ocean — walk out the door and you are on the sand in under two minutes. Salt Life Food Shack is a 5-minute walk for fresh seafood and açaí bowls. Mellow Mushroom is another 5 minutes on foot if the group wants pizza and craft beer. For something more local, Refinery Jax Beach — oceanview fine dining — is a 7-minute walk.
