Welcome to Margaret Below: Neptune — a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom lower unit just two blocks from the ocean in one of Jacksonville’s most walkable beach neighborhoods This is a long-term rental only, with a 28-night minimum stay.

The lower unit sleeps 4 across two private bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom — no sharing between couples or family members. The fully equipped kitchen handles real cooking: full-size fridge, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and pantry basics already stocked (olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee k-cups, tea, and sugar). The dining area fits the whole group for meals or game nights. A shared laundry room with washer and dryer is on-site — note that laundry is shared with other guests in the building, not private to this unit. The yard is right next to the lower unit and is a good spot to sit outside, though it is not fully fenced.

Beach gear is included: beach towels and chairs are ready to grab on your way out the door — helpful for a month of daily beach trips without hauling your own. Keyless entry through the guest portal means no key pickups or lockboxes. 1 Gbps WiFi keeps remote workers or streaming-heavy families covered throughout a long stay. Free parking is available on the property and on the street.

Two blocks gets you to the ocean on foot. For dining, Angie’s Subs is a 4-minute drive — their Peruvian-style subs and legendary sweet tea are a Neptune Beach institution. North Beach Fish Camp is a 3-minute drive for fresh local catch. Hawkers Asian Street Food (one of the highest-rated spots in Jax Beach) is also just a 3-minute drive. Beaches Town Center, with shops and more dining, is about a 3-minute drive. A car is recommended for getting around — bicycle rentals are available nearby if you prefer two wheels for shorter trips. Mayo Clinic is a 11-minute drive, and Jacksonville International Airport is about 54 minutes away.

Check-in is self-guided via keyless entry and a digital guest portal. Every stay includes full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, cotton bed linens, bath and hand towels, washcloths, sound machines, and laundry detergent. This unit is the lower floor only — the yard adjacent to the unit is included, but upper-floor spaces are not part of this rental.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
