The layout is clean and practical. Both bedrooms have their own full bathroom, so no one is waiting in the morning. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook most of your meals — stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a Keurig with coffee and tea already provided. Pantry staples like salt, pepper, and olive oil are stocked. The Nutri-bullet blender is there for morning smoothies. Cotton bed linens, pillows in firm and soft options, and fresh towels are ready when you arrive.

A washer and dryer in the unit means you can pack lighter for a longer stay. The 1 Gbps WiFi keeps everyone connected, whether that’s work calls or streaming after a beach day. Sound machines in the bedrooms help block out any street noise so the kids actually sleep. Keyless entry means no key pickup — you check in on your own schedule through the guest portal.

Beach towels and chairs are included so you can walk out the door and straight to the sand — no hauling gear from home. Two blocks is about a 3-minute walk to the ocean. For summer arrivals, the water is warm through September and the crowds thin out after Labor Day, making it a great time to book.

Dining is easy here. Angie’s Subs — famous for their Peruvian sandwich and legendary sweet tea — is a 4-minute drive. North Beach Fish Camp is 3 minutes away for fresh local catch. Hawkers Asian Street Food, one of the highest-rated spots in the area at 4.8 stars, is also 3 minutes out. Beaches Town Center, with shops and more dining options, is about a 3-minute drive as well. A car is recommended for getting around — bicycle rentals are available nearby if you prefer two wheels. Free parking is included on the premises.

Check-in is self-guided with keyless entry. The guest portal walks you through everything before you arrive. Bathroom essentials — full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — are stocked. Laundry detergent is provided. If you have any questions before or during your stay, your Nomad Hospitality team responds within the hour.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
