Keyless entry means no front desk lines and no lost keys.
A backyard space gives the family room to grill dinner outside after a day in the sun — pick up shrimp at Publix, a 10-minute walk away, and have dinner ready before sunset. The 1 Gbps WiFi keeps kids streaming and remote workers connected. Sound machines in each room help block ambient noise. One practical heads-up: this is a ground-floor unit with a second residence directly above, so you may hear footsteps from upstairs neighbors.
Step outside and you’re already in the middle of Jacksonville Beach. The ocean is a 7-minute walk. Salt Life Food Shack is 4 minutes on foot for fresh seafood and surf vibes. Self check-in is fully keyless through the guest portal — instructions arrive before your trip. The unit comes stocked with toiletries, bed linens, bath towels, laundry detergent, and beach gear so you pack light.
A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
