The unit sits on the second floor (stairs required) and features two queen beds — one per bedroom — plus a pack-and-play for little ones. One full bathroom serves the unit. The layout is open and easy to navigate: a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and a private backyard patio where you can fire up the grill after a long beach day. Recently renovated throughout.

The full kitchen handles real meals — no paper plates here. It’s stocked with a Keurig, coffee, tea, a Nutri-Bullet blender, dish soap, and pantry basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil. The in-unit washer means you can pack lighter for longer stays. The backyard patio is a family-friendly spot for evening dinners without leaving the property. Beach towels and chairs come with the unit — one less thing to haul from home. 1 Gbps WiFi keeps everyone connected.

You’re a 7-minute walk to the Jacksonville Beach Pier and 3 blocks from the sand. Salt Life Food Shack is a 4-minute walk for casual seafood after a beach day. O-Ku Sushi is 5 minutes on foot with a rooftop view of the pier. Mellow Mushroom — great for groups with picky eaters — is also a 5-minute walk. Publix is a 10-minute walk for grocery runs. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.

Check-in is keyless — you’ll get everything through the guest portal before arrival. The unit is stocked with full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and fresh linens. Sound machines are included. Mayo Clinic is a 9-minute drive for any medical travel needs. Note: this is a second-floor unit with stairs and no elevator.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
