The fully private property is a 3-story townhome fully renovated and designed to provide the most comfortable experience.

The four bedrooms include 1 King-size bed, with an ensuite bathroom, 2 Queen-size beds, and a Twin-size bed. Two full bathrooms total, plus a half bathroom downstairs. The twin bedroom and upstairs outdoor patio can only be accessed through the primary suite.

A fully equipped kitchen is also included in this property. All basic utensils are provided, plus a 6-person dining table to enjoy all the home-cooked meals.

Outdoor space is a plus. There is a lovely fenced-in backyard perfect for your little furry friends. Yes, we are pet-friendly ($30 pet/night fee). And upstairs, you’ll find the comfort of sitting down and enjoy the sun and beautiful views to the beach.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is a block away from the beach. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Town Center is less than a 10-minute drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Most people drive & use their own vehicles, but Lyft and Uber are for you to use.
Bike and scooter rentals are also available!
Or you could also walk to the beach. Just 3 minutes to the sand!
