This listing is 2 units of a 4 unit building. All 4 residences are owned by us and are vacation rentals. You will have your own private entrance and both units are on the bottom (1st) floor with amazing expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Street parking in the area is available but there is a public parking lot beside the building.
5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 7 total queen beds for sleeping. The front unit consists of 3 bedrooms/2 baths – 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and 3rd bedroom with queen over queen bunk bed. The back unit consists of 2 bedrooms/1 bath – 1 bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed.
***** For our insurance purposes, we must communicate that guests use bunk beds at their own risk

High speed wifi (1GB)
Washers and dryers in both units.

We love pets! $30/pet/day for the stay!
