Welcome to Southern Dunes: Palm — a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Jacksonville Beach apartment that sleeps 6, just a 1-minute walk to the sand. Whether you’re planning a family beach week or a long summer weekend with friends, this split-level layout gives everyone room to spread out.

The ground floor has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, one bedroom, and its own en-suite full bathroom — ideal for grandparents or anyone who prefers to skip the stairs. (Note: Guests must be able to climb stairs to reach the upper level.) The second floor holds two more bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. All three bathrooms are private — no sharing between bedroom groups. Bed types are not currently listed, but all linens and towels are provided.

The full kitchen means you’re set up for real meals — not just continental breakfasts. Stock up at the Publix 11 minutes on foot, cook in, and save your dining budget for nights out. After a beach day, Eleven South is a 5-minute walk for mesquite-grilled fish. O-Ku’s rooftop sushi and the Jacksonville Beach Pier are a 2-minute drive. TacoLu’s fish tacos and Engine 15 Brewing’s craft stouts are each about 3 minutes by car. Beaches Town Center is an 8-minute drive for shopping and a longer evening out.

The laundry room is shared with other guests in the building — great for a 5-night stay when you don’t want to pack 7 days of clothes. Free parking is included on the premises.

One heads-up before you book: the nearest beach access boardwalk is currently under renovation. Direct access from the front of the property may be limited. The closest alternative entry point is on 9th Ave S, about one block away — an easy walk. Construction may occasionally run on weekends, so plan accordingly.

Self check-in is simple. Before arrival, you’ll complete three quick steps: a check-in form, a rental agreement, and a choice between deposit or damage waiver. WiFi is included. The 24/7 guest support team is always reachable if something comes up.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
