Welcome to Southern Dunes: Pineapple — a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach apartment that sleeps 6, just a 1-minute walk from the sand. Whether you’re planning a family vacation or a long weekend with friends, this unit gives everyone their own space without anyone sleeping on a couch.

The layout works well for mixed groups. The ground floor has one bedroom with its own en-suite full bathroom — ideal for grandparents or guests who can’t do stairs. The open living room, dining area, and full kitchen are also on this level, making it easy to gather without crowding. Upstairs, two more bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms, giving everyone privacy. All three bathrooms are full. Note: reaching the upper bedrooms requires climbing stairs, so plan accordingly if anyone in your group has mobility needs.

The kitchen is fully equipped for families who plan to cook — refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and pantry basics are all included. No hauling groceries far: Publix is an 11-minute walk from the front door. After dinner, the in-building washer and dryer keep longer stays manageable — just note that laundry is a shared common area with other building guests, not private to the unit.

Walk out the door and the beach is under a minute away. Eleven South, a local favorite with mesquite-grilled seafood, is a 5-minute walk. O-Ku Sushi and its rooftop bar by the pier are a 2-minute drive. TacoLu — legendary for fish tacos and tequila — is 4 minutes by car. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is also a 2-minute drive for fishing, people-watching, or catching summer sunsets. Spring and early summer are prime time here: the water warms up, the pier fills with anglers, and the restaurant patios stay packed.

Parking is free on premises and on the street — no daily fees, no garages. Self check-in means you set your own arrival time within the window. WiFi and linens are included. The unit comes stocked with towels, so pack light.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
