Welcome to Southern Dunes: Sunset — a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Jacksonville Beach apartment that sleeps 6, just a 1-minute walk from the sand. With one private bathroom per bedroom and a full kitchen stocked for real cooking, this is a practical, comfortable base for families or friend groups who want beach access without the resort price tag.

The entire living space is on the 2nd floor — living room, dining area, full kitchen, all three bedrooms, and all three bathrooms. Guests must be able to climb stairs to access the unit. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which means no morning traffic jams when the whole group is getting ready for a beach day. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher — everything you need to cook most meals and skip the daily restaurant spend on longer stays.

Free parking on-site means one less thing to figure out on arrival. The walkable neighborhood puts Eleven South (a 5-minute walk for mesquite-grilled seafood) and the Jacksonville Beach Pier (a 2-minute drive for fishing and surf culture) right at your doorstep. O-Ku’s rooftop sushi and TacoLu’s fish tacos and tequila are both a short drive away for nights when you want someone else to cook. Summer weekends fill up fast along this stretch — locking in your dates early gets you the best rate.

One practical note before you book: the nearest beach access boardwalk is currently under renovation as part of an ongoing city project. Direct access may be limited, and construction can occasionally happen on weekends. The closest alternative beach access point is on 9th Avenue South, about one block away — a very short walk. We want you to plan knowing this ahead of time.

Before check-in, you’ll complete three quick steps: fill out a check-in form, sign a rental agreement, and select your damage protection preference. Self check-in is seamless, and our 24/7 customer service team is available throughout your stay if anything comes up.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
