Welcome to The B Side: 1328 — a 2-bedroom beach apartment one block from the sand in Jacksonville Beach. Step out your front door and you are 60 seconds from the ocean. — hard to beat for a direct beach-access location.

The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One full bathroom serves both rooms. The layout works well for two couples, a small family, or grandparents and adult kids who want their own space. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking in — oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher included. No need to eat out every meal.

A washer and dryer are in the unit, so packing lighter for a longer stay is easy. High-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected. Keyless entry means no key pickup — check in on your schedule. Free off-street parking is on site, which matters in this neighborhood during summer weekends.

You are a 5-minute walk to Salt Life Food Shack for seafood and surf vibes, and the same distance to Mellow Mushroom for pizza and craft beer after a beach day. Refinery Jax Beach, with oceanfront fine dining, is a 7-minute walk. Need groceries? Publix is a 2-minute drive. Beaches Town Center, with more dining and shops, is a 4-minute drive.

Check-in is keyless and self-guided. The unit comes stocked with beach towels, full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, coffee, tea, cooking basics, and laundry detergent. Summer is peak season along First Street — book early to lock in your dates.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
