Welcome to The Lookout on 2nd — a 4-bedroom, renovated Jacksonville Beach townhome that sleeps 7 people just one block from the sand. If your family is looking for space, ocean views, and a 3-minute walk to the beach, this is the one.

The three-story townhome gives every group a defined space. The main-floor king suite has its own en-suite bathroom — ideal for parents or grandparents who want privacy. Upstairs holds two queen bedrooms and a twin bedroom, all sharing a full bathroom. The half bath on the ground floor keeps morning routines from becoming a bottleneck. Note: the twin bedroom and the upstairs patio are accessed through the primary suite, so that room works best for a solo traveler or one child.

The fully equipped kitchen handles real family cooking — not just reheating. It comes stocked with a Keurig, cooking basics, dish soap, and paper towels. A 6-person dining table seats most of the group. The washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter for a longer stay and not live out of a suitcase. Beach towels are provided, so you don’t need to bring those either.

The fenced backyard is the standout outdoor feature — dogs are welcome ($30 per pet per night), and kids have a safe place to decompress after beach time. Up on the third floor, the private patio has open views toward the ocean. Summer evenings up there are hard to beat.

The beach is a 3-minute walk from the front door — just head toward the water. Eleven South is a 5-minute walk for a sit-down dinner (the sea bass is worth it). Publix is a 10-minute walk for groceries when you’d rather cook. O-Ku Sushi and the Jacksonville Beach Pier are both a 2-minute drive for a casual night out. TacoLu — fish tacos and a long tequila list — is 3 minutes by car.

Self check-in is keyless — access codes are sent before arrival. High-speed WiFi is included. Bathrooms are stocked with full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Sound machines are in each bedroom. Heads up: there is an active city renovation project nearby that may produce construction noise on weekdays.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
