The apartment sits on the 2nd floor — stairs required, no elevator access. The bedroom fits a full-size bed with cotton linens, firm and soft pillows, and a sound machine for a solid night’s sleep. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook real meals: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and a full set of dishes and utensils. A Keurig coffee maker with k-cups is stocked and ready on arrival.

The in-unit washer and dryer are a game-changer for longer stays — pack lighter and refresh mid-trip. The dedicated workspace is ideal if you’re working remotely or need a quiet spot to plan your days. Free parking is available on premises and on the street, so no daily parking fees.

The Selma Flat sits in Upscale Riverside, one of Jacksonville’s most walkable and character-rich neighborhoods. The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens is minutes away. Entry is keyless via the guest portal — no key pickup needed. The apartment is stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, paper towels, and high-speed WiFi. Please note: this property is not pet-friendly. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults plus a small child.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
