Welcome to The Washburn: 4BR House — a single-story, 4-bedroom home that sleeps 8 and sits at the quiet end of a cul-de-sac, just a 4-minute drive from Mayo Clinic and 8 minutes from Jacksonville Beach Pier. With no stairs and a step-free layout throughout, this is a practical, comfortable base for families, medical visitors, and multi-generational groups.

The home offers four bedrooms and two full bathrooms spread across a single level. The living room features vaulted ceilings and a fireplace — a nice gathering spot after a day out. The full kitchen has everything your group needs to cook in: Keurig coffee maker, Nutri-bullet blender, k-cups, olive oil, salt, and pepper are stocked on arrival. An outdoor deck and large backyard give the group room to spread out in the evenings. Note: a privacy fence separates most of the backyard from the adjacent unit, but some areas are shared — please be respectful of neighbors. A washer and dryer are on-site, which makes a week-long stay much easier when you’re not repacking daily.

High-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected. Keyless entry means no key pickup — just walk in. Beach towels, bath linens, and laundry detergent are all provided. Sound machines in the bedrooms help light sleepers rest. Free parking on the driveway and street makes arrival easy — park on the LEFT side of the driveway and leave the RIGHT side open for guests in the attached unit next door.

For food, Dockside Seafood is a 4-minute drive for fresh Mayport shrimp. TacoLu’s fish tacos are 5 minutes away. Hawkers Asian Street Food — consistently one of the highest-rated spots in the area — is 10 minutes out. Beaches Town Center, with its walkable mix of shops and restaurants, is about a 10-minute drive. A Publix is 7 minutes away for stocking up on groceries.

This property is not walkable to major destinations — a car is needed. Mayo Clinic is a 4-minute drive, Jacksonville Beach Pier is 8 minutes, and Baptist Medical Center is 12 minutes. Jacksonville International Airport is approximately 51 minutes away. Unit A is on the LEFT side of the house. No pets are allowed.

Self check-in is through a keyless entry code. A guest portal provides all arrival details before you get there. This fall and winter, the fireplace makes the living room a cozy spot to unwind after beach days or clinic visits.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
