With two separate structures and dual kitchens, this is built for groups who want space without sacrificing togetherness.

The main house has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room with TV, dining area, and in-unit washer and dryer. The detached 1-bedroom suite sits separately in the backyard with its own bathroom and full kitchen — ideal for grandparents, a couple wanting privacy, or an older teen who needs their own space. Both structures are included in your booking. Guests should know this is a split layout: the suite is a short walk from the main house, not connected by an interior hallway.

Two kitchens mean no one is waiting in line to cook breakfast. Both are fully stocked — Keurig, coffee, cooking basics, and dish supplies included. Washer and dryer in the main house handle a week’s worth of towels and clothes without a laundromat run. Beach towels are provided, so you can pack lighter. Keyless entry on both structures means no key pickup — check in on your own schedule.

The house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, which means no through traffic and plenty of room to park multiple cars. Most guests drive — public transit is not a realistic option here. For dinner, TacoLu is a 5-minute drive with solid fish tacos and a full tequila list. Dockside Seafood is 4 minutes away for fresh Mayport shrimp. Angie’s Subs is 5 minutes for a quick lunch, and their sweet tea is worth the detour. Publix is 7 minutes away for a full grocery run before settling in for the week.

Check-in is fully contactless via keyless entry and a guest portal — no coordination needed for arrival. High-speed WiFi is included in both structures. No pets. No smoking anywhere on the property.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.

Pets are welcome, but NO PETS ON FURNITURE or there will be an additional $150 charge if there is evidence of hair on couch cushions or bedding where it was obvious a pet was laying.
