Commission Structure (12-Month Rolling Period):
- 1st successful referral: $1,000
- 2nd successful referral: $1,500
- 3rd successful referral: $2,000
- 4th and beyond: $2,500 each
Your tier builds from your first payout and resets after 12 months.
How Payments Work:
- Receive payment 30 days after referred property goes live
- Must remain active for 30 days to qualify
- Payment via direct deposit or check
- W-9 required after first successful referral

- Each separate property qualifies (multi-unit properties excluded)
How Payments Work:
- Receive payment 30 days after referred property goes live
- Must remain active for 30 days to qualify
- Choose your payment method:
- Cash out via direct deposit or check
- Apply to your Nomad account balance
- W-9 required after first successful referral
