These terms govern your use of nomadhospitality.co (the “Site”), operated by Nomad Hospitality, Jacksonville Beach, FL. By using the Site or creating an account, you agree to them.
1. The Site and bookings
The Site showcases vacation rental homes and lets you check availability and pricing. Reservations are completed on our booking engine (stay.nomadhospitality.co) and are governed by the rental agreement and policies presented at checkout — including payment, cancellation, damage, and house-rule terms. Nothing on the Site is a confirmed reservation until checkout is completed there.
2. Accounts
You may create a free account to save favorite homes and view your stay history. You agree to: provide accurate information, use an email address you control, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, scraping, or automated access.
3. Accuracy of information
We work to keep listings, pricing, availability, and occupancy indicators current — they draw from live data — but errors and timing gaps happen. Final pricing and availability are always those confirmed at checkout. Photos and descriptions are illustrative of the home’s typical condition.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: no unauthorized access attempts, scraping, bulk account creation, false information, interference with other users, or use of Site content for competing commercial purposes.
5. Intellectual property
Site content — text, photography, branding, software — belongs to Nomad Hospitality or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without permission, except normal personal use of the Site.
6. Communications
By creating an account or submitting a form you consent to service emails. Marketing emails are optional and every one includes an unsubscribe link. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Site use. Our total liability related to Site use is limited to $100. (Liability related to a confirmed stay is governed by the rental agreement made at booking.)
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for disputes is Duval County, Florida.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be dated above.
