At Nomad Hospitality, we don’t just manage vacation rentals—we create spaces that feel like home from the moment you walk in. Whether you’re staying for a weekend getaway or an extended visit, our properties are designed with comfort, convenience, and style in mind.

Designed from the Ground Up

Most of our properties don’t just start as vacation rentals—we design them from scratch. As real estate investors and property managers, we specialize in multi-unit renovations, often taking on full-scale gut remodels to transform outdated spaces into beautiful, functional stays. We believe great design makes a difference. Every Nomad property is furnished with care, blending modern, inviting aesthetics with the practicality of a well-equipped home. We spend time researching fresh design trends, selecting durable, stylish furniture, and curating artwork that enhances the space. Each home is unique but maintains our signature look—bright, welcoming, and effortless.

What’s Inside Every Fully Stocked Vacation Rental

No matter which Nomad property you book, you can expect the same high standards. Here’s what “fully stocked” actually means in every one of our homes:

The kitchen. Cookware, bakeware, sharp knives, cutting boards, mixing bowls, and a full set of utensils—enough to cook a real dinner, not just reheat leftovers. You’ll also find a blender, toaster, and a proper coffee setup with filters and starter grounds for that first morning. Spices, oil, and the pantry basics that are annoying to buy for one week? Already there. (For the nights you’d rather let someone else cook, our favorite local restaurants are usually a short walk away.)

Linens and bath. White hotel-quality linens on every bed and plush towels in every bath, professionally laundered between stays. Full-sized soap, shampoo, and conditioner—not those tiny bottles that run out on day two—plus a hair dryer in every bathroom and backup toilet paper and paper towels so you’re never caught short on night one.

Beach gear. You’re here for the sand, so we make it easy: beach chairs, beach towels, and a wagon or cart at most homes for hauling everything those last few blocks. Many properties add boogie boards, sand toys, and umbrellas—check your home’s listing for its full lineup.

Work and Wi-Fi. Fast, reliable internet in every home, smart TVs ready for your streaming logins, and dedicated workspace in most properties—because we know plenty of our guests mix a beach week with a workday or two.

Built for Families & Travelers Who Need More

With eight kids between our two families, we know firsthand what it’s like to travel with a full house. That’s why we think beyond the basics. Our properties are stocked with the little things that make a big difference—extra blankets, games and books for kids, pack-and-plays and high chairs at family-sized homes, and plenty of storage space so guests can actually settle in rather than live out of suitcases. If you’re bringing the four-legged family member, 37 of our homes welcome dogs, too.
